Recently featured on Wedding Chicks, this truly unique shoot depicts what it would be like to be wedded in a garden wonderland. Forget small splashes of color, this shoot embraces bright, vivacious hues of popping pinks and outrageous oranges to make a dazzling kaleidoscope on the greenscape of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs. Perfectly planned by Mobella Events, this shoot was captured by the talented Rachel V Photography.

An absolute paradise for any sweet tooth, Two Sweets Bake Shop created a stunning dessert buffet complete with brownie-stuffed tulips, naked cakes, chocolate-drizzled baked pears, pina coladas, and adorably unique gumball necklaces. Everything Cake created not one, but TWO amazing and perfect cakes – one bright, bold and whimsical, and one colorful but quietly muted. Pair the out-of-this-world treats with the extraordinary floral by Lee Forrest Design and rentals and decor by A Chair Affair, and the look is absolutely stunning.

We created a layered invitation featuring bright orange, pink, and green botanical-style florals, colorful butterflies, and bees. To help tone the bright colors, we included a shimmering pearlized gold layer and a custom-printed contemporary-patterned backing in light blue. The suite included a custom envelope liner printed with the same blue pattern, and the response envelope was detailed with buzzing bees. Place-setting menus reflected the style of the invitation. We added an emerald green hummingbird, kept the pearlized gold as the backing layer, and affixed mini butterflies in a selection of bright colors to the top corner of each menu, which added a unique dimensional touch.

For a huge dose of color, we created an escort card display using die-cut “fluttering butterflies” in fuchsia, tangerine, chartreuse, lilac purple, and sky blue, printed with guests’ names and table assignments. We created a sweet “Meant to Bee” strung banner that can double as an aisle sign at the ceremony and a decor item on the dessert buffet or cake table.

One of our favorite details of this shoot was the confetti bar! We created simple die-cut signs for this super fun display of colorful puff balls, paper shreds, and sequin confetti. Seriously, is there anything more festive and fun than a confetti toss?

We were so pleased to be a part of this gorgeous photo shoot that was featured on Munaluchi Bride! Captured by ArtPhotoSoul, the golden affair added a shimmering glow to the landscape of the beautiful Grove House at Cypress Grove. RW Events coordinated all of the details that created this modern Southern look, from the dazzling cakes by Wendy Woo Cakes to the lush floral work by Windermere Flowers and Gifts.

Gold and white were the main colors of the day, with accents of peach. The tablescape featured traditional elements, such as the white-washed wooden table, mixed with modern pieces, like the acrylic ghost chairs and white leather lounge furniture. This combination of modern and classic Southern looks continued throughout the decor and paper goods.

The invitations and paper goods bore classic typography to match the elegance of the event. We used metallic golden peach ink printed on white paper to coordinate with the color scheme. The envelopes and menu backings were a warm, weathered metallic gold. We kept all of the paper goods clean-looking with few embellishments to create a modern feel.

Modern romance came alive at Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club in this stunning photo shoot by RW Events. The photos by Victoria Angela Photography came out absolutely beautifully and brought to life every detail from the shoot.

We designed the invitations, menus, and escort cards using a combination of modern serif and handwritten-style scripts done in gold foil on mint colored stock. The invitations featured a gold foil quatrefoil grid on the front of the folder and a glittery gold border around the inside. The menus were created in the popular round die-cut shape. We went took a simple approach to the escort cards, repeating the circular shape from the menus to create small disks with the important information for guests to find their seats.

Everything from the bouquet to the candlelit floral centerpieces by Flowers by Lesley felt simply elegant. Inside the golf club, mint green uplighting was used to accent and color to the reception room. Golden decor, from the chiavari chairs to the cake to the table accents, was tempered by the ivory linens and arrangements of white hydrangeas with cream-colored roses.

Our invitations were printed on a Warm White inset that was layered onto Pearlized Gold, then onto an Italian baroque flourished backing printed in shiny gold foil on Radiant Orchid. A gold satin ribbon, knotted on the side, adorned the invitation. The round place-setting menus were also printed in gold foil on Radiant Orchid, and used a lattice pattern with fleur de lis. The round menus fit perfectly onto the gold-rimmed plates and the vibrant purple hue popped against the white china. The escort cards mimicked the lattice pattern of the menus, with each guest’s name and table number printed in purple.

It was a pleasure being a part of this glamorous styled shoot, and as always a pleasure working with all the talented vendors involved.

Enjoy a little flashback to our feature last May on Style Me Pretty! Retro Americana was brought back to life in this styled shoot by Wings of Glory, and every little detail is absolutely adorable! Everything about the fashion and decor, coordinated by Vows Wedding and Events, will make you feel as if you’ve stepped into 1940s America.

The props from this shoot were incredible! Coca-cola bottles, mason jars and Volkswagens are only a few of vintage décor used throughout the retro inspired shoot. We loved the use of this World War II era airplane as a backdrop.

This sweetheart neckline strapless dress from Carolyn Allen’s Bridals & Tuxedos was paired with long white gloves and a birdcage veil for an overall classic look. The delphinium bouquet is wrapped in white and blue gingham ribbon, which inspired our designs.

Inside the Danville Bed & Breakfast awaited a dessert table with treats from past centuries. Lollipops, soda pop, bubble gum and marshmallows were some of the sugary staples – topped off with a four tiered white chocolate fountain from RW Chocolate Fountain Rentals.

We created a panel-style invitation using old-school paragraph-form wording (just like they did before printed invites became accessible to everyday folk). The invitation used a heavy bright white stock with gingham fabric layers and bright yellow printed accents. It opened to reveal a custom wedding map and wedding weekend information, including where to stay, area activities, and additional wedding-related events. The mailing envelope was lined with a navy gingham fabric envelope liner.

We continued the use of navy gingham fabric throughout the ceremony and reception papers. The double-sided fan-style wedding program used the checkered fabric as the mid-layer, with a sunshine yellow grosgrain ribbon tied to the wooden handle. The menus were printed on bright white and layered onto midnight blue and white, with a blue gingham knotted sash, perfect for a picnic-style wedding.

We were so excited to collaborate with some of Orlando’s best during our “Whimsical Garden Wedding” photoshoot. The shoot, coordinated by Mobella Events, was featured in September on Bridal Musings. Bumby Photography captured every romantic detail.

The shoot was inspired by an English garden tea party. With hues of pink ranging from blush to fuchsia and soft blue touches, Harmony Gardens was brought to life. Our stationery for the day included custom “This way to ‘I Do'” ceremony signs, which looked lovely in vintage-inspired frames. The intimate ceremony space was decorated with precious pink floral arrangements with trailing greenery from Fairbanks Florist and white church pews from A Chair Affair.

The invitation featured a lace-inspired frame border in light gray and a layer of striped paper with light blue diagonal lines. Pink roses, which also decorated the escort cards and table numbers, encircled the calligraphy-style script.

Our escort cards decorated a charming white gate which lead guests to a dessert table equipped with French macaroons, cakes, and tea. Everything Cake did a fabulous job pulling this look together.

Over the Top provided gorgeous lace linens to top the reception tables. We created menus with gold handles to mimic scrolls. The vintage china, gold details, and delicate centerpieces made this garden party fit for English royalty!

{Inspiration} Romantic and Dramatic Anna Karenina Photo Shoot

For brides who love literature, the theme of this styled shoot allows them the ability to step right out of a page from Leo Tolstoy’s classic novel and into their fantasy wedding. Along with the amazing talent of Eventrics Weddings, we captured the style of Anna Karenina through the opulent, romantic, and dramatic decor and paper goods. We just love this dress by Modern Bridal Shop: the fusion between modern and antique is gorgeous. The bride’s Victorian-inspired accessories really set the tone for the overall look.

This birdcage veil is great for the modern bride who wants a break from tradition. Equally bold is the bridesmaid’s tulle-topped hat. It’s risky but we love it! Boldly Unique hand made all of the amazing headpieces for this shoot.

We think it’s amazing how Eventrics Weddings, with the help of Taylormade Wedding & Event Flowers, created unique centerpieces that somehow looked like they were reaching out from the base in a longing manner, mimicking the everlasting desire the couple shares for each other. George L. Gaines Jeweler provided the heirloom china, silver, and glassware, which transported guests to 1870s Russia. Even the decorative chargers and chiavari chairs provided by Event Source Solutions made for an adventure to the past where etiquette and prestige were the keys to happiness. The details in the heirloom silver add a lavish touch fit for an aristocrat and her count. The ornate detailing can also be seen in the shimmering midnight blue linens with black and silver lace overlay and teacups with proper saucers.

This blue ombre cake with silver cage by Wendy Woo Cakes is as lovely as it is unique. The array of blues perfectly matched the butterflies, which also graced our escort card display.

We created all of the invitations and paper goods with an ornate border and aristocratic-looking monogrammed crest. The black and royal blue accents perfect coordinate with the layered, midnight-colored scheme of the shoot. The invitation is a generously-sized 7.5-inch square mounted on a midnight-blue velvet-covered panel, and delivered in a black box with a printed address wrap.

We can’t over get how these butterflies quietly spread their message! It’s beautiful, creative, and adds a whimsical touch to an escort card display.

{Real Wedding} Donna and Richard's Valentine's Day Wedding

Donna and Richard promised each other forever on a day meant for lovers. On February 14th, 2014, guests gathered for an outdoor ceremony at H armony Golf Preserve. The glowing bride rode in on Misty Blue Acres Carriage Company‘s all-white carriage drawn by two horses. Her warm smile greeted guests on the way to meet her prince. The elegant backdrop of nature, as well as the decor, was caught effortlessly by Sunshine Photographics. We were honored to be a part of this beautiful wedding by creating the couple’s invitations and paper goods.

This wine box was lovingly made by Rich’s parents. As part of their wedding ceremony, the newlyweds placed a love note to each other in this time capsule to be encased for 5 years. However, if they have a trying time before 5 years, they can unlock the box and read the notes to each other over a glass of wine from the bottle housed within. How sweet and genuine!

Another personal element was kept under wraps: the groom and his men broke all the rules by wearing superhero shirts under their button-downs.

The happy couple made their way down a beautiful aisle of fiery-colored rose petals and blazed a path towards happiness in their new lives. The vibrant orange and pinks of Lee Forrest Design‘s floral work cut a striking contrast to the woodsy setting. Our soft pink ceremony programs featured a delicate floral-patterned border and crystal accent for a little tasteful “bling.”

The fresh floral continued to their reception and romantic colors. The simple elegance of the decor was carried out through the classic centerpieces, traditional-but-modern (and delicious-looking) cake by Cut the Cake, and our cream and coral paper goods. We used an elegant script throughout the signage, including on the custom card box sign.

The couple’s chair backs were adorned with our custom signs that read “His Beloved” and “Her Beloved:” a reminder of their love and excitement to everyone who passed their seats. We were pleased to provide a creative combination of escort cards and favor tags. The favor was a slice of a traditional Jamaican celebratory rum cake. (The kids got brownies instead!) Our escort cards, printed with each guest’s name and table name, were attached by a coral-colored ribbon and a delicate charm of intertwined hearts.

We created a series of paper goods in crisp white and bright orange, accented with branches of oranges and their blossoms. The invitation, RSVP card, and guest information card were all nestled in a custom folder.

The dessert table is so inviting! Its multiple, cheerful treats were surrounded by bright floral and fruit. Two Sweets Bake Shop provided the various cookies and adorable cupcakes and Party Flavors Custom Cakes created the amazingly detailed cake. The citrus-colored cloth linens for the dessert table and cocktail station were supplied by Cloth Connection.

For the drink station, created by Two Sweets Bake Shop, we designed a custom sign for the signature drinks: mimosas and rum runners! The Florida citrus-themed bar also included orange liqueur, limoncello, small batch Florida rum, and (of course) fresh-squeezed local orange juice.

How gorgeous is this guest table? Oranges, lemons and limes were mixed into matching floral arrangements by Bluegrass Chic. Wildflower Linens supplied the bright white table cloth with floral cut-outs and custom leather chair back covers for A Chair Affair‘s white chiavari chairs. Our menu card was tied around the sunny yellow napkins, and our table card used a citrus-inspired name.

Jars of orange marmalade served double duty as favors and escort cards, thanks to the labels we created. Each label paired a guest’s name with their table name and was adorned with the orange blossom image.

We’re taking you back almost two years ago to this glamorous Southern wedding inspiration shoot. Flaire Weddings & Events created the striking concept of hot pink, gray, and silver against the rustic atmosphere of the Horse Stamp Inn. In true Southern fashion, the bride wore leather cowboy boots under her one-shoulder gown from The Wedding Loft. Her softly romantic makeup was courtesy of makeup artist Paulina Perez.

Our stationery suite used blush pink, gray, and hot pink details. We designed custom invitations using a shantung satin backer board in blush pink, along with ceremony programs, escort cards, table numbers, and menus for this farm-meets-glamour wedding. By using a flourished script and classic French motifs like the fleur-de-lis and quatrefoil, our paper goods brought a very contemporary feel to the barn setting. The quatrefoil pattern that bordered the invitation and all of the paper goods were reflected again in the table runner and on the cake by For the Love of Cake.

Flaire Weddings & Events designed all of the floral for the shoot, from the bouquet to the centerpieces to this custom monogrammed focal point. If you take a closer look, you’ll see that they used blooms of different shades of pink woven into chicken wire. Now THAT’S country glam!

We created menus to wrap around the shimmering pink napkins. The table top used many interesting combinations of laid-back country and high-end glam: silver beaded chargers from Beachview Rentals, mason jars as drinking glasses, a vintage silver tray, and contemporary vases. Our table numbers kept the eclectic feel by combining a classic-looking font with a more modern one.
